Total Active Residential Listings: 7,810. The number of active listings is up 14.05% compared to the same week last year.
As for average home prices:
Sold average sales price decreased 2.14% to $252,787.
Pending home sales are up 42.72% this week relative to 2011.
The pending volume is up considerably and yet prices are not in sync with the volume increase.... If you are entering this market, price your property to sell, there are buyers out there and they are looking for the right combination of price, features and location.
